Exemptions

- Until 31st December 2013: 2 year exemption on tax on profits (corporation tax and income tax) for the takeover of an industrial company in difficulty – Art. 44 VI of French General Tax Code
Acceptance of Projects by Council Members
Consultant architects GOURDON ARCHITECTURE - 17, Boulevard Georges Clémenceau 57000 Metz, tel: +33 (0)3 87 63 58 22 – have been assigned. Their role is to examine the architectural proposals presented by potential buyers, notably for conformity to the technical provisions specified in the ECOPARC written documentation, and to give their opinion. This opinion, together with a presentation of the company and of the project, will be submitted to a committee set up for that purpose, before being transferred to the integrated District Council members who will approve or reject the proposal.
Legal commitment
As soon as agreement is reached on the location and the surface area of the plot, signature of a private pre-sale agreement valid for a six-month period (obligation due to the application of local law) will follow including conditions precedent related to: receiving approval from the Integrated District Council, and receiving the construction permit.
