High Environmental Quality Business Park
Ecoparc, located on the outskirts of the municipality of Norroy-le Veneur and covering a total surface area of 200 acres, has a two-fold objective:
- To offer companies functional premises in a natural setting equipped with cutting-edge technological services via the 84 acres available for purchase
- To provide a living space for both employees and the local population thanks to the 114 acres of natural development and facilities (forested areas, pedestrian footpaths, cycle tracks...)

A Concept of Sustainable Development
Sustainable development, often succinctly described as: "meeting today’s needs without compromising the capacity for future generations to be able to meet theirs" therefore translates into development that aims to reconcile economic, social and environmental considerations.
The Ecoparc Val Euromoselle, a project proposed by the elected members of the Maizières-lès-Metz integrated District Council, is underpinned by these three objectives.
